Attention grabber

In Australia a group called Stop Child Abuse Now used mannequins to illustrate neglected children. This is similar to a group in the US that used paintings on streets of little girls running across the road in order to raise awareness of children playing in the area.
Stop Child Abuse Now's ad:
 Girl running across the Street:
The flaw I see with the Canadian group's message about driving safe when kids are playing in the area is  that when constantly presented with a realistic warning the driver will stop reacting to the warning over time because they become accustomed to it. Problem being... what if it isn't a fake warning but in fact a real little girl??? That will make the Canadians rethink their safety marketing strategy..
